Sister Rosa would not like this at all

the dress
worked ok at home
in the mirror
but now, out in public
with her friends,
she is excruciatingly
aware
of the scooped
neckline
that shows the
soft curves
of the sides of her
breasts
and the little
perk
of her nipples
against the soft fabric
of her blouse and she is embarrassed,
walking quickly
looking left and right
with downcast eyes
like a child about to be
scolded,
walking
with her hands held
awkwardly
in front of her chest

if Sister Rosa
were to see her now
she would
surely
die
